Returns

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:


  • Earrings
  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

Distinct Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

 

 

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).
  3. Contact your bank.

Exchanges
