Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification once your order has shipped along with tracking information.
Please note: During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
Distinct Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the carrier’s control.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Distinct Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Distinct Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or your building management.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
We will assist you in filing a claim when possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

International shipping times vary depending on the destination.
