Due to the nature of jewelry and for hygiene reasons:


  • Earrings and personalized/custom items are final sale.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.



Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Distinct Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy standards.
